Andy Dodd and Duncan Green join our expanding business development team

Andy and Duncan join us in newly created roles to strengthen our regional and specialist support of UK brokers. Andy Dodd joins as schemes and delegated authority business development manager, while Duncan Green has been appointed senior business development manager for the South West region.

Andy brings more than 20 years’ industry experience and will be dedicated to helping brokers build and grow their schemes and delegated authority business in this area of strategic importance to Pen. He joins Pen from RSA where he was business development manager for the West and Wales, responsible for key broker accounts and delivering profitable growth in both schemes and open market business. Prior to this, Andy spent over a decade at Hiscox, latterly in a national role as a strategic account manager.

Duncan brings in-depth regional knowledge and more than 15 years’ experience, most recently at Liberty Mutual and Aspen Risk Management where he was broker account manager for the South West and Wales. He will provide strategic support to Pen’s expanding broker clients in the South-West and build new broker relationships to support Pen’s strategic growth ambitions.
