New hires at Pen

Stuart Webb has joined Pen’s Specialty Leadership team to lead the Construction, Fleet and Schemes businesses.

Before joining Pen, Stuart spent six years at NIG (part of the Direct Line group) as Head of Regional Underwriting. At NIG, Stuart’s large portfolio included eight regional branches, focused on new business, and two underwriting centres.

Jason Wilson joins our Commercial division as Regional Director for London & the South East and Head of SME. The role will see him lead both the strategic direction and expansion of Pen’s proposition for small to medium-sized businesses, while taking geographic responsibility for London & the South East to complete the division’s regional leadership.

Bringing nearly 30 years’ general insurance industry experience, Jason has held a wide range of national and regional strategic development, leadership and portfolio management roles, most recently at Zurich and RSA.

Both Jason and Stuart will be attending BIBA (10-11 May) as part of the Pen team.
